I am rejecting this response because the only threat I made was to cancel my order At NO time was I abusive Although I finally received my product today, I have no intentions of recanting the facts I previously stated The associated paperwork I received today reflected a shipping date of June I previously received confirmation from Bonnie the unit was being shipped out the evening of June and a tracking number would be provided *** tracking did not begin until June 29, the same day as the associated paperwork generated with the product As a former business owner I value and recognize the significance of honest communications The response I have received from fellow gun owners on the *** *** website forum, reflects my frustration as has been experienced by many others who have dealt with *** This fact confirms and justifies my steadfast position and disappointment.

obligation to repair the problem at that time. We did so as a courtesy repair!There is no 30 day warranty for vehicles purchased in New York State for cars in excess of 100,000 miles.  Mr. [redacted] has an aftermarket extended warranty, it does not cover hoses.Mr. [redacted] has been belligerent and uncooperative with our service department, even in light of the fact that we've accommodated him in goodwill repairs above and beyond what we are legally required to do.  We did so for good customer service.On his last visit, he threatened and insulted my service manager.  He is no longer welcome in our facility.  He may have his car fixed elsewhere.  Sincerely, Jeff P[redacted]

This man has been very abusive and threatening to us.  He has posted negative comments on our [redacted] page and has not been very cooperative.  We informed him on June 29th that his Shotgun was shipping out on that day, as promised, and provided a tracking number.  Unfortunately, he...

states he did not receive the e-mail, we did not receive a "failure to send" response so were under the impression he received his tracking number, considering we did not hear back from him.  His Shotgun is due to be delivered today to the dealer we have shipped it to, at his request, and he was informed of that yesterday, July 6th, after posting negative comments on our [redacted] page.  Now I do not understand why he is opening a Revdex.com claim, requesting a refund when he will be in possession of his Custom Built Shotgun today, and he is well aware of this.  We have been in business for 40 years making handmade products and our customers know that this is not a production line product and take time to be built, as we explained to Mr. [redacted] on numerous occasions.  I do not know why Mr. [redacted] is requesting a refund considering his Shotgun has been delivered and at no time did he cancel his order or request a refund.Thank You
