Review: I went to purchase a 2003 Ford Taurus in the amount of $3977.10 from [redacted]s Automotive Specialties, INC. from [redacted]. I made the first payment on $1,988.50. I was to go back the following day, which I did to give him the remaining balance of $1,988.50. When I called him to inform him that I was on my way, I was told by [redacted] that he was in Danbury trying to get the title cleared. I called him again and was told to come back to the office. Upon my arrival I was told that I would have to come back the following day because I would have to register the car myself, which [redacted] told me he would able to do for me. I was getting the run around and didn't appreciate it so I asked for my initial payment back, which clearly states on his wall that you have 48 hours to do so. When I informed him that I was no longer interested in the vehicle, told me to get out of his establishment. I told him after he refunds me my money. He told me that he would only refund me $1,788.50, less $200.00 for his trouble. I know that it's against the law for him to do what he did to me.
