had trouble with starting and motorcycle running after being stored for the winter so I decided to have it towed to guy's cycle for repairs, after about weeks guy called me and said the bike is ready so me and a friend went to pick it up,rode the bike about blocks from guy's repair shop and it shut off, return bike back the next day and told guy that I was having the same problem, week went by and guy call me to pickup the bike, rode the bike home and put up for the night ,came out the next day to ride and the bike would not start, called guy he sent out a truck to pickup the bike and it set in his shop until I went to pick it up 6/25/still having the same problems

Re: Case # *** ***
The Customers claims are definitely unfoundedOriginally when he called in to see if we would pick up his bike , he asked for an estimate of and oil change , to weld on the sissy bar and
replace the rear brake cable He was given a quote for the pickup and an estimate amount for repairsWe were totally misled when we went to pick up this bikeWe picked the bike up on X-XX-XXXX and according to the work order he signed , his list is as follows:
1- Install Chain Guard
2- Install Rear Tire
3- Install Bolts for Universal Saddle Bags
4- Check Rear Brakes
5- Adjust the carb
6- Change the oil and filter
7- Tighten up the sissy bar and install Pad
8- Install new Brake Cable
The pick up charge was already $, so he wanted us to do the rest of the work for only $
He called almost everyday to see if the bike was completeThe bike was on the lift , checked out and we had to order the Brake Cable from the dealerThis part was $and we ordered it without a deposit stillThe part took 4-days to come inHe was advised of this When the part came in , we had jobs on our lifts we had to finish before putting his back into rotationThe repairs to the Brake Cable had been completed at this time
When we called him to tell him that his bike had a major electrical short , we asked him to come in so we could show him what needed to be doneThis customer came in on X-XX-XXXX to finally put down a deposit for the work to be doneLater the customer calls to say to only Re-align the wheel, replace the brake cable and weld his sissy bar into placeWe told him okay we would finish up and call him when it was doneTwo hours later the customer calls to see if the work was completeWe dropped the bike off to him this morning on X-XX-XXXX
We do not feel this customer would have been happy with any work we did to the bike and that he was trying to get a lot of work done for next to nothingWhen you call for an estimate , it is based on the facts you provide at that timeI encourage someone to call another shop to see if $would cover all the repairs this customer was requestingHe has a Suzuki Savage

On November 13, 2017, I contracted my bike with Guy's Cycle to have Neon lights, Stereo system, and Chrome gear shifters put onIt was contracted to be completed the end of April After several months of being strung along every other week, Guy cycle admitted to mixing up the work order, disassembling my bike's carburetor! There was NOTHING mechanically wrong with my bikeI only wanted cosmetic features addedIts August and I still don't have my bike

On 8-8-I brought my *** motercycle in to have oil changed and a tune up also was going on a trip wanted bike safe Guys cycle never gave esstimate thy asked for $up front on 8-15-thy called and said I owe them addtional $and if I didn't pay thy would take my bike the recipet claims thy changed air cleaner which was never done, spark plugs never done, thy claimed thy ajusted carbs oil was changed but filter never wasWhen I picked bike up it still wasn't running right I let them no and Guy said it would get better after I ride for a while never didI took them on there word and thy had a *** for sale my son wanted so thy told me bike had a $work on carbs thy told me it was fuel injected and its not, thy said had a new battery which is not, thy said it had a new fan switch but thy put wrong one onWhen I called them thy said to badI took it to another shop found all these problems plus jets in carbs were plugged and computer was miss firing

I dispute this claim for the reason there is nothing wrong with the bikeAfter Mr*** picked his bike up from us he called and said it quitWe went there and the bike started upWe took it back to the shop and checked it out and found nothing wrongThis went on two more timesI explained to
him since he is a new rider that I believe his starting problem is driver errorI explained again on how to operate the vehicleNo one else has problems with the bike except himI will not refund any money because everything we repaired was done proper with no issues

The bike was scheduled for a tuand battery changeWhen I picked up the bike, there were wires hanging out, the bike was not cleaned, there was oil all over the pipes, and the right mirror was misaligned
The battery was replaced with a dead oneA representative came to my home to pick up the bike with the promise that it would be returned in a couple of daysIt has been over a week, and the shop has not returned my numerous phone calls They still have my motorcycle

I am the one who worked on the bike. After doing a tune up I also did a safety check. I wiped the bike down afterwards. The customer was upset because I didn't detail the bike. We don't do that unless requested and paid for by the customer. This complaint is unreasonable.  [redacted]
