GUZMAN NEGLECT BX COST ME $2,000.00 IN REPAIRS. HE IS NOT CURRENT ON HIS CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR AUTO REPAIR. AUTO REPAIR IS LIKE THE MEDICAL FIELD, YOU AND YOUR TEAM MUST STAY CURRENT. MR [redacted] NOR HIS STAFF IS CURRENT W/ REPAIR WORK. THEY ARE RIPPING OFF WOMEN AND LOW INCOME PEOPLE. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR ALL REPAIRS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR ALL MY REPAIRS AT GUZMAN GARAGE AND CONVOY AUTO REPAIR, PAID BY MR [redacted]. CONVOY AUTO REPAIR DID A GREAT JOB, AFTER GUZMAN LIED, CAUSED MORE DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND OVERCHARGED ME.

RE:Ms. [redacted] 2008 Honda Accord

Ms. [redacted] called me she was going to sen her car

because engine looses power and quit. She said the

engine overheated.

The car was towed in, we check the oil level was ok.

we found no coolant in the radiator, filled up,

pressure test and found catalytic converter area

burned and heater control valve, hoses and wiring

burned as well. Start the engine it was missing bad

and check engine light was on. I called Ms. [redacted]

with an estimate of$ 187.04 for$ 63.00 for parts and

$ 120.00 for labor, and she agreed at 10.30 A.M The

computer diagnosis showed two codes: see invoice. I

called Ms. [redacted] and to let her know that the next

step is take the car to an electric shop to repair or

replace the burned wires, and we go from there to the

next step. she asked me how much will that cost I said

I don't know could be just repair burned wires or

replace the whole harness. She got mad over the

phone and she was going to tow the car to her house.

When she got to my shop I showed her the burned

heater control valve with hoses and a piece of wire.

She took the valve and hoses and left the burned

piece of wire. I have my business since 1979 and

never had any customer complaint but one that job

was sublet.
