Hold up... Is this about The Oaks of North Dallas? And is the group of men you mention Venezuelan that work for ... oh, pardon me, subcontracted by a contractor hired by the apartments to paint or otherwise do whatever work the management requests? And were they provided an apartment near the pool, like #711 maybe... as part of the contractual payment/obligation? Do they keep you up for 50 nights straight of sleep deprivation and rob you and every other family of their summer while the apartment is a revolving door of refugees, and when not all 19 of them can comfortably fit in the apartment, they turn the sidewalk in front of you apartment into a homeless encampment as they take shifts of who can sleep while the others drink? Does the manager never seem to resolve this issue while they allow the paying residents to suffer? Because I'm on a mission to Erin Brockovich this group. If you see this, no matter what complex or what city... PLEASE search #gvaproperties and #theoaksofnorthdallas on social media... the old one where you can write long posts... my posts begin in July 2022. Please reach out to me. Anyone with GVA Property complaints. I'm trying to build a case and possibly look into what it would take to file a class action lawsuit if enough people set up. Either way, I've uncovered a LOT by getting several government agencies involved and substantiated complaints. But you just told a big part of my story.
I have had an issue with my neighbor playing loud music all night and the apartment office and company knows. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. They care NOTHING about their residents. There is no way I will ever renew my lease.
This is the worst property management on the face of the earth. They are doing the least amount of any caring for their employees and their residents for the spread of COVID-19. Employees couldn’t wear masks at the beginning of the pandemic and then as things started heating up, masks had to be blue or black?! When other employees came back positive no one else was told. Do not work here or live here. They don’t care about you!
