[redacted] To Whom It May Concern;I am writing this response to the above referenced claim ID The complaint was put in on 2/9/ On that same date, the client emailed me at 7:26pm stating the following, “Please have Jason give email me back otherwise I will be reporting him to the Revdex.com.” Since the email was sent at 7:at night, I did not get it until the following morning Actually, I replied to the email the next morning at 6:51am, way before business times, stating that I was in a school, and would email when I got time to do so She sent a follow up email on the 12th at 9:with a complaint that I had not yet gotten back with her At 11:11am that same day, I sent a full explanation of the situation (I won’t go into the details here), and closed the email with the following paragraph, “NAME OMMITTED, I do apologize I understand that you do not want my help any more, and I am sorry that I created that distrust With that being said, I would like to offer two separate ideas One, I reengage with your situation and get everything set up in full I would give this my 100% concentration and would have everything completed by month end The other option is that I can get you the name of someone else that can help you This would not be someone from my company, but rather be someone that I trust that could help you get what you want Let me know what you would like to do I know that I have said it a multitude of times, but let me say, one more time, I do apologize for the way this all went down.”It was obviously my intention to correct the error I have never heard from the complainant again I find it unfortunate that she sent the original email saying that I needed to get back to her or she WOULD contact the Revdex.com She obviously processed the complaint prior to giving me any opportunity to respond, which I did hours after her initial email was sent, and a full hours before business hours would start The complainant is requesting that all paperwork be returned However, we keep no physical paperwork on file We digitally create files and then shred all materials This was done back in September The digital files are now wiped clean, in order to comply with the complainant’s request that we no longer have her or her husband’s information I would be happy to provide copies of the emails that were sent back and forth to show how this was initially dealt with I take our A+ rating seriously with the Revdex.com, and I am proud to say that we had never had a complaint prior to this situation It is my hope that we can solve the situation in a way that is acceptable to the complainant Please, feel free to contact me should you have questions In addition, I did leave a voicemail for Mr [redacted] to discuss this further should he desire to do so I look forward to getting past thisThank you for your time and energy on this situation Have a great day!Jason G [redacted] Partner - GW Wealth ManagementINVESTMENTS | RETIREMENT | INSURANCE52nd AveCt Suite 100Greeley, CO 80634Phone: (970) 330-4660Cell: (970) 590-0016Fax: (970) 346-6122www.gwWealth.comSecurities offered through [redacted] *** Member [redacted] and *** Jason G [redacted] is a Registered Representative of [redacted] *** GW Wealth is not an affiliate of [redacted] ***

the client emailed me at 7:26pm stating the following, “Please have Jason give email me back otherwise I will be reporting him to the Revdex.com.”  Since the email was sent at 7:30 at night, I did not get it until the following morning.  Actually, I replied to the email the next morning at 6:51am, way before normal business times, stating that I was in a school, and would email when I got time to do so.  She sent a follow up email on the 12th at 9:32 with a complaint that I had not yet gotten back with her.  At 11:11am that same day, I sent a full explanation of the situation (I won’t go into the details here), and closed the email with the following paragraph, “NAME OMMITTED, I do apologize.  I understand that you do not want my help any more, and I am sorry that I created that distrust.  With that being said, I would like to offer two separate ideas.  One, I reengage with your situation and get everything set up in full.  I would give this my 100% concentration and would have everything completed by month end.  The other option is that I can get you the name of someone else that can help you.  This would not be someone from my company, but rather be someone that I trust that could help you get what you want.  Let me know what you would like to do.  I know that I have said it a multitude of times, but let me say, one more time, I do apologize for the way this all went down.”It was obviously my intention to correct the error.  I have never heard from the complainant again.  I find it unfortunate that she sent the original email saying that I needed to get back to her or she WOULD contact the Revdex.com.  She obviously processed the complaint prior to giving me any opportunity to respond, which I did 11 hours after her initial email was sent, and a full 2 hours before normal business hours would start.  The complainant is requesting that all paperwork be returned.  However, we keep no physical paperwork on file.  We digitally create files and then shred all materials.  This was done back in September.  The digital files are now wiped clean, in order to comply with the complainant’s request that we no longer have her or her husband’s information.  I would be happy to provide copies of the emails that were sent back and forth to show how this was initially dealt with.  I take our A+ rating seriously with the Revdex.com, and I am proud to say that we had never had a complaint prior to this situation.  It is my hope that we can solve the situation in a way that is acceptable to the complainant.  Please, feel free to contact me should you have questions.  In addition, I did leave a voicemail for Mr. [redacted] to discuss this further should he desire to do so.  I look forward to getting past this.
