[redacted], the owner, and his associate, [redacted] took great time and care with our furniture, boxes, etc. They were extremely polite and professional. The weather was bad because it was snowing, but Mr. [redacted] made sure to contact me and let me know he still planned to move me, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They arrived to load their truck earlier than anticipated, which made our trip in the snowy weather go much easier. For the time and effort they put in, and for the long, snowy drive that day, their price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend using Smooth Moves for any move you might make, local or long distance. I had peace of mind with this company, and felt like I was working with a very positive, professional, and customer oriented organization. They took great care of us, gave custom service during this snowstorm, and even moved a few things around in our destination home at no extra charge. What a great company! The entire crew was extremely professional, hard-working, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. All furniture was either wrapped in plastic or padded when put in the truck, the crew members worked tirelessly, and we were even given an extra day when the move couldn't be completed in one day. The crew did not even take breaks during the move. We were kept informed of the process all along the way, and [redacted], Smooth Moves owner, was very accurate in his quote for the move. In fact, the amount we had budgeted for our move was much more than what we actually paid Smooth Moves.
