I am rejecting this response because:The paperwork was taken and I was told the claim was rejectedPer GM the dealer
MUST put the denial in writing and show in detail why the claim was denied with Greiner Buick failed to doThe customer service at this dealer has always been very poor and obviously continues to be when dealing with reimbursements or warranty issues by failing to follow GM requirements.
