I had an appointment for leasing an apartment at *** dated on 11 tu August and I got my first quote after that, as per the request I have shared all my documents but I did not hear from them until the quote expired which is 2 days after I received the quote. I had call several time with the company mentioned number but this number always unreadable and also sent emails regarding the approval but and after continues follow ups I finally received email saying the quote is expired and we need to give you another quote which is higher in prize on previous quote. I agree to pay the new amount and physically submitted my doc at office and ask for approval and they said you will be notified by email but I got the email at eod saying we need bank draft check not the original one but I didn't hear any information about the approval I am still *** chasing them to know exactly what my status is me eligible for flat or not

This very annoying and really bad experience with the employees at Vertica service

Since the first day there were a lot of issues with the apartment, which with time only got worse. Management mad few attempts to fix issues, but without any progress... Which means that living conditions are still do not the money paid. My review is based on 15 months of residency.
1) Ventilation simply does not work if the windows are closed. And all upstairs neighbors smoke in their bathrooms. So all their smoke comes to our apartment. In the winter this is just unbearable. Plush after shower the moist doesn't get sucked either, so all windows get blare and in the bathroom starts growing mold with fungus. Management tried to do something with ventilation, but could not fix it.
2) The apartment has old, one-layered windows, which do let all the air to come in. Which gives low temperature of 18-20 C in the apartment during the winter. Heating up with the stove and oven, candles and etc. The issue was raised in the first month or residency, and it took 3 months just to get any reply on that. Anyway, the winter is coming...
3) Cockroaches infested the apartment after no garbage removal was done during the heat and vacation of the management on Victoria day. Garbage chute was stuck for 4 days... Our unit was sprayed (one awful experience to have), but it did not help at all. It;s been 2 months, I have sprayed my self where I could and no improvement so far. Management ignoring my emails since then.
Otherwise if not taking into account these serious issues with the comfort living. The management is pretty average who cares about money more than people.
Location is the only thing which holds me yet, and they know that.
Positive- management built a fence on my balcony (1st floor) for free, which was very nice of them. Lets hope the issues will be fixed too.
