The advertised special on our website is a Manufacturer's special and the same link appears on other local
dealerhip websites as wellThat link and special are direct feeds from the Manufacturer When *** *** left she said she was going to other dealerships. She would have been offered the same special with the same conditions What is difficult to see on the copies sent by *** ***, but clear on the website, is a disclaimer link that stands out as the print is in blue. The disclaimer and the link to it are print., not fine print. There was no intent to hide or mislead the nature of the specials offered by the manufacturer. Additionally, had *** *** been interested in the base model vehicle that was eligilbe for the price she was requesting, we could search the data base and see if the vehicle was available. We have the ability to get vehicles that are not currently in our inventory.*** *** does still owe payments on her current lease, which would also affect the monthly paymentAs the manufacturers specials change monthly, we cannot be sure what will be offered at the time *** ***'s current lease is finished. I specifically recall asking Saeed about the navigation, as he mentioned that feature when we were signing the contractHe said that it would be thrown in as part of the package because I was extremely dissatisfied with the deceptive practices MrSaeed used in order to get me to buy the carThe head unit is installed, but when I press the "Map" button, it asks for me to call to have that feature installedPlease schedule an install at no cost to rectify the situation

I am waiting on correspondence I requested from Toyota to refute their foggy and highly distorted reality. This will take approximately one week for them to pull the file and a week to send. I will be in touch on the Revdex.com site near or slightly after that time.Thanks for mediating this process. I greatly value the role Revdex.com plays in mediation. I have spent six months trying to have this dialogue with them and they have threatened me. and Jessica is correct, the certification has been completed on my vehicle. I do still hope they change the business practice of advertising vehicles as "certified" but then having the consumer pay for the certification (or, having a caveat to the certification, such as it only being available if you paid full price for the vehicle). Again, I am pleased that my car is now certified.

[redacted], We performed the services on her vehicle following Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A, Inc. guidelines. The frame was inspected when the Limited Service Campaign 90D was available and no corrosion was found. We cannot perform the frame replacement because the Limited Service Campaign 90D...

Our records show that no work or repairs were performed on his vehicle. The
vehicle was delivered as a dealer exchange (DX) to Alexandria Toyota. General
Sales Manager, Mike N[redacted], spoke with the Sales Manager, [redacted], at
[redacted] and they also said no work was done before they delivered the
vehicle to Alexandria Toyota. We would recommend [redacted] get a second opinion
from another body shop. Because there were no repairs done to the vehicle at
Alexandria Toyota prior to delivering it to the customer, we are unable to fulfill
