Ins will not pay for CT scan if it's filed by Balled as misc services instead of diagnostic testThese CT scans have been paid for every months due to cancer.....This was done on 10/11/and still isn't resolved by Balled! They are giving us a complete run around! Our *** said they looked@claim and Balled has filed it wrongI will try my best to stay away from Balled health, but they bought out every facility which has become a manopoly!!!' Super frustrated with this situationThey keep saying they are contacting ins, but call ins and no phone calls are being made as of today 8/6/18! So months later in collections and still nothing fixed! Pitiful customer care
