I did speak with Mrs*** yesterday and explained to her that the refund is sent out to weeks after the last statement was printed on the account that tells us that the account has passed the final steps on the processOnce that process is done the refund check is sent out to weeks

Yes it took some time for us to remove the gas system. We had to wait for Spring/Summer and then the wet weather interrupted our schedules. The tank has now been removed and the meter deposit of $80.00 and $1.06 account credit balance, total...

I am rejecting this response because:I am asking for the full refund of my deposit because they did not uphold their end of the deal by moving the tank to its permanent location and burying the line. No deductions will be accepted.

It didn’t take me 12 weeks to get you the deposit so there shouldn’t be any reason that it should take you 12 weeks to give me the refund.  I was already instructed that all that needs to happen from here is that you get the owner to approve the refund. Why does that take so long?  Sincerely,

At this time of year we do not pick up tanks because of the cold weather and wet ground so that we don't leave ruts in customers yard. This customer also still owes Gygrgas money on his rental properties and the refund will be posted to the accounts that he owes. One of them belongs to his own...
