Gym Equipment Company

Review: my fiance and I had ordered a step mill for our home as we are professional athletes and use the machine daily. the company was very quick to deliver the product with a 1 year warranty on the product. the cost for delivery and set up plus the warranty was $1800. after about a month and a half to 2 months of use the step mill stopped working properly. we called the company to come service the equipment and the seller was very unprofessional setting dates for service and not showing up without a phone call. after several weeks and many missed phone calls on his part he comes to service the equipment only to take away a part that needed to be serviced in house. he assured us that it would only take a few days to work on it and here we are 2 weeks removed from his last visit. he continues to disregard phone calls and reschedule appointments.Desired Settlement: for my stepmill to be running and for the job to be completed.
