We are emailing you today regarding a complaint against Gym in Coronado regarding a
gym member who wanted personal training. The customer's name is *** *** and he claims he paid $to a personal trainer named
*** ***. *** *** worked for Family Gym which was the gym which moved out of Coronado, being replaced by Gym in Coronado in March of 2012. The purchase was made in July of 2011, around eight months before Gym in Coronado even existed at the Coronado location. Our concern is that this customer and complaint are made to the wrong gym and personnel. Gym in Coronado is not responsible for the actions of *** *** and Family Gym. This customer's complaints, legitimate or not are pointed at the wrong gym as well as an employee who never worked for Gym in Coronado. If you have any questions please contact us. Review: I contacted [redacted] about hiring him as my personal trainer back in 2011. After I paid him $1200, he never fulfilled his promise on providing me with personal training/exercise instructions as we had agreed upon. He has since refused to give me a refund for his services, seemingly always wanting to make some excuse that he will train me when I start complaining about wanting a refund but never delivers. I have tried to contact him multiple times over the years in regards to this matter but to no avail. [redacted] has refused my emails, and has even blocked me on Facebook from contacting him. I just want my money back from him because he did not deliver on his promise to train me. I have the original receipt for the money transfer I made to [redacted] that has his address on it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $1200 that I paid for the personal training services that were never provided.
