I order a Don't Have Time Stringer for someone's birthday 2 weeks in advance. Not only it never came, I never received any type of emails telling me the order wasn't going to be fulfilled. Finally today, a month later, I canceled the order.
Companies run out of stock, I understand that. But don't keep saying in your website it is in stock. And as a good customer service practice, send an email to the customer letting him/her know the order won't be fulfilled. When chatting on the Live Chat, the lady was very rude as well.
For a small business, little details are what makes them, or breaks them, and in this case it broke my trust in this place. I would never buy or refer anyone to them.
