This is a customer from my other store in dover I have notified them of the complaint and they are taking action on solving the problem

To Whom It May ConcernMy name is *** & I have been a collector for *** for almost years nowI can honestly say that in my time with this company I have never used any type of vulgar language to any of our customers otherwise I would probably not have my job any longerwe have had
issues with ** *** for the past year regarding late habitual payments on her accountI have worked w/her to get back on track & up to date but each time she falls delinquent againshe has a history of no response to our messages as wellmost of the time she will send her boyfriend in with payment & ask him to get a message to her that it's important she call to which he has replied he's not her keeperI in no way said anything to the other collector regarding her as a human beingshe did tell me that she had children but only got support from of the childrens Dads & the other she didn't because he lived with herI advised I understood but procedures must be followed & have helped her all I couldsince this incident the customer has made payments on timebefore that we had on time in the past year almostif I can be of further service please feel free to contact me at *** ***nk You !

This is very far from true.  The customer was more than 3 days late.  He also stated two days in a row that he was making his payment, my finance office waited and got nothing.  After multiple broken promises from the customer my finance company ordered a repossession, which is...

perfectly legal.  [redacted] county sheriffs office where on site while the customer was here after the vehicle was repossessed.  We told the officer and the customer he could get his stuff in a few hours.  The vehicle was not on site at the time so we needed time to get the vehicle here and inventory it.  The customer did not come back for over 3days after the fact.  He signed an inventory sheet stating he received all items from the vehicle.  He gave us his key and left.  The customer lost his job and simply could not pay for the vehicle.  We have everything on file at our office to overcome any dispute the customer may have.  This procedure had to be done.  We do not want to order a repossession on anyone, unfortunately it is part of the business.

To start I must admit I shop at Gymboree all the time for my 6 year old son. I however, will never shop with Gymboree again. I placed an online order. I was told my credit card declined. I entered it and it declined again. What I failed to realize was that every time I hit submit they withdrew the money from my account. So I called. They claim they do some kind of pre authorization. I called them out on it and asked why did my card decline. They said they have no idea. I said how do you take money out of a customers account without shipping them the product. After being placed on hold for 26 mins a supervisor helped me. He said this happens all the time. I lost my mind. He said best he can do is have the money back in my account in 3-5 business days. Still don't know why my card declined and money was taken out of my account without consent. Very frustrating.
