We are disappointed that we could not find anything to satisfy this customer In spite of offering multiple alternatives, different class times, or the option to do Fun Fridays, the customer declinedWe honestly felt there was a way to have this student finish the semesterBoth mom and child were happy with our program and loved their coachWe successfully moved the child's class mate into another class with the same coach and felt this child would have made the transition as well if they had only triedWe also wonder if the customer had needed to make the class change maybe this Mom would have been more cooperative in finding an alternativeWe have a policy regarding "refunding" for mainly reason; if we have a child that has a bad day and wants to quit gymnastics, we want to show the child and their parents that quitting isn’t the only solution, nor the best oneWe have been doing this for yearsWe are in the business of making children feel good about them selves and we are very good at itI have offered this customer a refund for classes in the amount of $ Sincerely, [redacted]
