[redacted] On Sept 24th I went into the store I bought packs of incense sticks They were about $dollars per pack I took them home and they would not lite I tried over and over again but no luck I phoned the store twiceThey said that they lit theirs at the store with no problems I was denied a refund or an exchange They said all incense sticks are a final purchase because you light them I told them there is no "final purchase" note on the bill and I could not lite the incense sticks They refused anything further
