when the clients children joined Gymnastics Zone, states payments are expected by the 15th of the preceding month or a late fee is assessedThis payment policy also details that a third party will be involved to collect payment if payments are not madeGymnastics Zone sends out monthly statements by mail or email when an account is past dueGymnastics Zone also makes every attempt to contact the clients by email and phoneWhen an account is past due and Gymnastics Zone's attempt to reach the client has failed a third party takes over the collection processGymnastics Zone keeps all attendance records of the clients attending classesThis client's children attended classes starting May 16, until May 10,One child attended classes at Gymnastics Zone until February and the other child attended classes through May of The second child advanced her level and began attending a more advanced class during that time periodAll documents, including Customer Information sheet and attendance records, are turned over to the third party as proof that money is owed

Once Gymnastics Zone sends a client to a third party collection agency all communication takes place through the third party
In speaking with the collection agency on June 2, 2016, Gymnastics Zone's owner was informed that they never told the client the matter was closedThe client informed the collection agency that they would no longer receive any more phone calls from the collection agency
Many attempts have been made to settle this clients accountThe clients children attended classes and owe for the months they did not pay for along with the late fees
This client's children attended classes and also had a birthday party at Gymnastics Zone for one of their children during their year and one month of joining our facilityThe clients last payment was made on Dec 13,
Gymnastics Zone works with all of their clients and settles 90% of their accounts without using a third party

While some details are true - I had two children, held a birthday party, and one of the children advanced in classes - others are falseI began a new job in December and the child that was advancing actually had to pull back on her classes when I began that new job because I could no longer get to classes that often and on timeAfter a couple weeks, my husband and I spoke directly with the owner and told her of the scheduling problems we were having and the next week I contacted GymZone to withdraw, even asking for a prorated refund of what I had paid for that monthI received no response from that requestI agree that December 13, was my last payment, which was for December I would imagine if rolls were checked after December, my children were not present in classHowever, until I received a collection notice in December I had never been contacted via mail, email, or phone as their policy states, or even through Facebook as I "liked" that pageI did move in August of and my phone number changed in September 2015, but there were several years that I could have been reached and wasn'tAdditionally, in my conversation with the owner about the trouble getting my children to class with where my job was and and where I lived I had even mentioned that my new job was just down the street - she knew the buildingShe did not once try to contact me there, even as the phone number is listed publicallyIn surfing the internet I can see by other patron reviews that I am not the first or only person that is having the issue that years after the fact they have done some sort of audit and have incorrect informationI have attempted since December after receiving this collection notice to talk with GymZone directly, but they have not returned any of my numberous phone callsI have disputed the charges and was informed by the collection agency in early April that due to lack of response that the matter was closedIt does not seem right that I have days to dispute in order to protect my credit, but yet GymZone didn't respond to my dispute until May 31, and the matter is still ongoingOn June 1st, I did speak to the collection agency which is when they informed me that the prior day they finally spoke with GymZoneI was advised that since I had disputed this, there was nothing more that could be doneI explained that I had been told this matter was closed and if there was nothing more we could do to dispute that I would like to not be contacted anymoreAgain that day, I called and messaged through Facebook to GymZoneI received a Facebook message back that said we had to speak through the collection agency, which again said there is no more they can do since I have disputed it
