Mr was unhappy with the supervisor that came out to inspect the skirting We called the homeowner and offered to send out a different supervisor to take a look at the damage Per the Mrs, she requested that we deal with her due to her husband’s recent illness We met with the Mrs at the home on March 16th and determined that the skirting had been melted The Mrs is getting a quote to repair that section of skirting At this time, Summers is waiting on that quote to complete this job
The ***s had a new furnace installed in November Summers did have to return to the job January for to replace a thermostat and a pressure switch The customer was not satisfied with the results and asked to have the equipment removed Based on our 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee, we removed the furnace per the customer’s request We provided a refund at the time of removal

We were onsite replacing the AC when I received this complaint on the morning of Friday, July 29th. We had gone out to replace the condenser fan motor, but the supervisor that was onsite felt that the whole unit should be replaced due to the cooling issues in the past year. He contacted...
[redacted] and they agreed to replace the unit for the customer (and us). We did a follow up with the customer and they are happy with the new unit.
Customer Supervisor spoke with Mr [redacted]. He is happy with a refund and will be using us in the future. Mr [redacted] has already been issued his $106 refund.
