REPONSE TO COMPLAINTI would have been more than happy to explain our policies and the reasons they are put in place had you given me the opportunity Our camp is very flexible where you get to choose whatever days and times you need, that we do our staffing based upon the number of
children expected in that group on that day in that time frame We put a lot of time and effort into our theme day itinerary including a free hour of gymnastics and taekwondo, kidfit, art class, and tons of games and activities for a fantastic price Not to mention a hot lunch menu and snack options for parents who need the convenience.You stated that the front desk staff is moody, although we are very busy but we try our best to greet everyone who walks through the doorWe are constantly receiving compliments from our members on how courteous and friendly our staff is By your own admission you have not been here in a few years, and clearly didn't come for camp so I feel it is unfair for you to make that statement. Because you choose to do your venting anonymously I cannot research the facts that surround your issue, nor have I received an email from you allowing me to address them Our Policy is clearly stated on the website as well as in the confirmations we send We are a small family owned business putting in our best efforts to ensure the facility is clean, safe and fun for anyone who wants to take advantage

I am sorry but I do not understand why she doesn’t understand the policy, I did not say I would give her a refund, I stated I would be happy to explain the reasoning behind the policies we have in place There aer no refunds as she committed to a day and time of her own choosing and therefore we scheduled our staff in accordance with the expected number of children in our care The employees still have to be paid whether or not her child shows up and our scheduling is based upon how many children attend our vacation fun days on that day I have also checked with other surrounding camps, all who have the same policy of no refunds. ***

[the business response states that they would have been more then happy to explain their "policy" . the girl on the phone told me their policy, I asked if their was anything they could do (let us pick another day perhaps?,  she stuck me on hold - I assumed to speaking to somebody in authority, and came back to tell me that there was nothing they can do!  the business response olso states that they are flexible,  you get to pick day your child attends.  that is what I did - I picked a friday ~ but child was out sick and upon my request to reschedule - gal on phone said "Nothing we can do, you have to reschedule within the same week ~  But since it is a Friday ~ there was NOTHING they could do, its their policy"   !!!??? Hello!  Wrong, wrong, wrong!  I tried to reschedule, they would not let me. At this point I just want my money back since we recd absolutely NOTHING in return for our $40.
