She states she received 3 sessions, but would like a refund  of $100.00 for the second package.In our records it indicates that she purchased 1 Package for 3 IPL sessions in January 14, 2016. She had a total of 3 visits:January 14, 2016 for IPL session #1April 12, 2016 for  IPL session  #2May 10, 2016 for IPL session #3Our records indicate we have rendered services paid for. I do not show in my records she paid for another package, and is not due a refund.The spa – [redacted] Med Spa has since closed August, 2016.My current office manager is no longer with the practice, nor is the Master Aesthetcian who performed the treatments listed above. I am not able to  verify the complaints about rudeness or professional conduct. Unfortunately, I am not able verify conversations that was claimed to have taken place.I can offer a sincere apology on behalf of my staff regarding rudeness and unprofessional behavior, and that neither person continues to work at Gynecology & Wellness Center and [redacted] MedSpa has been now closed for business.Thank you so much for your time.Best,Dr. D[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof that I purchased two packages, the first one through [redacted] and the other at the establishment on January 15th 2016. Both packages are on my credit card statements. The owner refuses to return my calls and doesn't have the decency of a professional to explain why she cannot refund my money. There is no reason I should not have been notified that their spa was closing, and why I was not refunded if they could not perform the treatments. It is fraud and probably the reason why they have multiple bad reviews about their company.

To Whom it may concern:My name is Phoebe O[redacted] and l am the office manager her at Gynecology & Wellness Center. I am responding to the documented complaint submitted to Revdex.com regarding Gynecology & Wellness Center on 10/15/2016. The client listed in this complaint, [redacted], never contacted the office in regards to this laser refund. The conversation was held with her sister, as [redacted] purchased this package by placing a $500.00 deposit for her sister to have a full body laser package.With the abrupt departure of the estheticians', we did our best to accommodate all of our clients. With that said, we went through a list of these clients, reached out to them and informed them that it would be unfair to have them "wait" for a replacement since the consistency of patients is vital to the outcome and effectiveness of removing the unwanted hair. Thus, all clients were offered refunds for any remaining unused sessions. When I spoke to [redacted]'S sister, [redacted] in October, l informed her that l would process her full refund of the $500.00 gifted to her since it is on her account however, that needed to speak with [redacted] directly regarding her account I was able to process the $500.00 refund to [redacted] and l advised [redacted] to have her sister call me as soon as possible regarding her account and to process her refund separately. I also informed her during this time that I would only be honoring refunds through the end of the calendar year, 12/31/2016.it was not until 3/03/2016 that I spoke with [redacted] when she came into the office with her sister [redacted]. During this discussion, I informed her of the conversation I had with [redacted] in October to which [redacted]I confirmed the information provided to her during that phone call. Unfortunately, [redacted] became very upset during this meeting and explained she was unaware and is a student and did not "have time". She became very hostile and aggressive and left yelling very vulgar and profound language. Based on her behavior, I felt it was necessary to provide both [redacted] and [redacted] with a "No Trespass" letter to protect the staff and thc office from any potential future retaliations.Should you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to call me directly.Warm Regards,Phoebe O[redacted]Office Manager Gynecology & Wellness Center
