I called to place a pick up food order at the Old Spanish Trail locationThe person I was ordering with told me that since I wanted certain menu items to order from their other location on highway I confirmed times on the phone that this highway location was close to me, and he stated that it was closer to me (after I told him I lived in Montrose) than the old Spanish trail locationI called and placed an order at the highway location accordinglyLater when I tried to drive to this location, I discovered that it was minutes each wayI called the highway location to cancel my order but they refused to refund my money even after I explained the situationThey told me they would have a manager call me that day or the next dayThis all occurred on Sunday July and still they have not contacted meI never received any food from either location and they have not refunded my moneyThey are dishonest and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes
