When I called the business to let the owner know of the problem he didn't offer me a discounted tire. I'm just very upset because I've had to put lots of money into the tires and rims because he sold me something bad. I also had to replace 2 viles on the tires that were no good. There was no accommodation made by the owner and when I purchased the tires and rims he said give him a call if I had a problem. But giving him a call about the problem doesn't mean anything to him. He took advantage of the fact that I was a female and sold me bad tires and rims.

Review: On Saturday, I had G'z tires and rims put 2 used tires on my car that I had towed to the location for $80. Both tires went flat by Thursday. On Friday I had brand new tires put on the car. The other business that installed the new tires gave me insight as to why the tires went flat. One tire had a plug in it but the hole in the tire was too big to repair. The other tire had 2 lumps on it and a pinhole that was leaking air. There was black rubber on the inside of both tires which was evidence of the tires rubbing against the rim on the inside. After being educated about the poor condition of the tires, I called G'z tire and rims and let him know that I would be up there later on that evening to return the tires and get a refund and he said that was fine. But I was called in early to work that day and I couldn't make it to the business until Monday. I went up there today to get the full refund as we discussed over the phone and he said he could only refund me the cost of the tires, which was $50, because he already paid his guys for the labor that they did. It's not right that I basically paid them to put bad tires on my car. It cost me more money to have the bad tires put on my car because I had to have it towed, ride back and forth and pay for shipping and handling on the new tires. I am extremely dissatisfied with customer service and his excuses for the reasoning as to why the tires went flat. First he said it was getting dark when they put the tires on so that's why they missed the bumps then he has the audacity to blame me for the reason as to why the tires went flat. He said maybe I hit something to make them go flat. They played on my ignorance about tires because I didn't know that they were faulty until I was educated about tires. He said had I brought them back that day, he would have refunded me with no problem but they didn't go flat until a couple of days after they were installedDesired Settlement: I want the remaining $30 that I paid and an additional $10 for traveling expenses because I live 25 minutes away from the business.

Review: I purchase a set of used rims and tires from the business on September 3, 2015. Today, September 21, 2015 I find out that one of the tires are no good at all. The tires and the vile on the tire is bad. I've only had the rims for 2 weeks and the owner told me it's nothing he can do. He sold me a bad tire and is refusing to compensate me with another one.Desired Settlement: I would like to received another tire that is some good for no charge.
