Was sold computer protection and security deposits with refund promise,chainged terms,demanded more money to get refund2
I purchased a computer protection package from Infotect24/7 aka *** 9/26/16 for $299.99.Later I was told I was hacked costs 5/27/17-$1299.97,10//26/17-799.99,10/23/18-899.99 and several others roughly 4500.00.11/12/18 tech called I had been overcharged if I sent 3000.00 the 4500.00 would be refunded in 90 days.11/23/18 another attacked needed security deposit of 5000.00 will get amounts back in 90 days.12/3/18 tech used the major security breach for attack needed 10000.00 paid will get back whole amount in 90 days.12/24/18 and 1/4/19 process nearly complete will return amount in 90 days.1/9/19 tech provided hacker as Nikolai ***(looked it up and saw person on ***)needed 5000.00 more security.1/22/19 charged my credit card for 5000.00 without my knowledge.4/1/19 email received account in approx.90 days.5/17/19 email states 29500.00 plus interest will be returned by the end of June.6/5/19 tech sent email with new terms ,I need to send *** a check for 18500.00 and after they receive they will send a check back to me for 50000.00.I resisted and they said it's the only way they would deal.I know I might have been scammed,but they aiways used the same phone number.I got myself in to deep being a retired farmer I trusted too much.I haven't received one cent from this company.
