No refunds in my company to any one !! Warranty will take care of his complaints if he can come sit down and get it taken care !! If a customer choose to go else where for confirmations on my job that's his lost we do what customer ask may be a mix up in percentages of film but if so it will be
taken care in a proper manner no attitude will be taken from anyone ! Illegal shade are not covered by warranty and he full understood and took full acceptance as shown on receipt! I have credibility with my business in taken care of all !! We are professional as it gets with my business !!! He wants to come into my shop and throw his weight without knowing what we can help with and get it straightened out !! I will not bow to anyone for anything if you want to give me attitude because of what the competititors opinions are !! Should have came to me 1st second ask in a politeness to what we can do and third listen to what I can do to make it better ! So no refunds and no warranty on illegal shade with are no darker that 20% in NM Could have just listen rather that calling name and giving attitude!! Him being a business owner of a "used tire business" should know !! Thank you

I never called names....I just wanted the correct tint put on the mistake was theirs ...I asked if they could correct it. The simple solution was to just admit the mistake and do the correct job. They mention a warranty on illegal tint if you look at the receipt it mentions no warranty issues it just informs you that illegal tint is being applied and customer is aware. No additude on my part. Just wanted job done right. Correct the job is acceptable that's all I wanted done...simple solution. Thanks
