I received a check from *** which was returned for insufficient fundsSo I called her from my bankers office and made her aware that normally my
company just forwards checks to the prosecuting attorney like all businesses do and before I did so I was calling to give her an opportunity to make the check goodAt that point she told me she had sent an email saying that her account was frozen and the only way she could pay for it was on her food stamp card on the 11th of SeptemberI then politely explained to her that I was unable to process a transaction in that manner just like she or I or anybody could not go to the grocery store and purchase goods and then when the check didn't clear go back and process

Hi my name is *** *** and I purchased a seafood and a steak package from you a couple of days agoI wrote a check for and it will not clear because I wrote the check before realizing that my bank had frozen my account and they will not tell me whyI will make this up to you you can either come by on the 11th and I will give you my food stamp card number and pin or I will just give it to you when you respond to this email and then you can run on the 11thMy total was Just let me know if you want my EBT card so that you can get your on the 11th of SeptemberI am very sorry this happened for this is not like me
I do not want to get in trouble for this because I am a law-abiding citizenI want to make this right and the only thing I can think of is to give you my food stamp card but I will not be receiving my EBT benefits until September 11thLet me know what you would like to do I would prefer to pay by my food stamp card so that I do not get in trouble for thisI have two children and really do not want to get in trouble because my children need meThank you for time

satisfiedIn this instance Porterhouse gave a different distributor an opportunity to do business with us and we did not get a favorable response from our clienteleTherefore we will not do business with this distributor moving forward and the customer was refunded his entire purchase price*** *** (owner)

Upon receiving my written complaint from the Revdex.com, the Porterhouse owner contacted me immediately on February He accepted full responsibility for the manor in which the sale was conducted and my low opinion of the productHe explained that his drivers/salespersons are independent contactorsThey work on commissionHe believed the issue was resolvedHe also stated that he has changed suppliersHe stated that he has many satisfied customers in this areaHe is mailing me a full refund of the saleThis was an unfortunate situation and I believe an isolated oneIn addition, he did not reclaim the unused portion of the productIn the future we may give Porterhouse another chance on a smaller scale to start withWe are satisfied with the outcome of this complaint

Attached is a copy of the application she completed, clearly indicating that the application fee is non refundable. There will be no further discussion of the matter on our part.

Prices vary by unit, we as the management agent do no determine the rents, they are set by the owner.  The website may not have been updated by the landlord.  The rent quoted was the rent for the unit.  the confusion is that when there is a pet there is a $500 non refundable fee in...

addition to an increase in the monthly rent of $35.  Tee person was informed of this.  The application clearly states that the application fee of $75 is non refundable.The complainant was the rude one in this interaction, as Ms. S[redacted] had witnesses with her (other applicants) when this individual proceeded to curse her out over the phone.  Furthermore, when she called the main office, I was away on vacation, she was very rude and confrontational with the individuals here that attempted to assist her. The NON REFUNDABLE fee will not be refunded.

Christina S[redacted] was very rude to me and was coming up with prices as we talked more  she kept changing her mind on the tent price.  She added another $35 to the dog security deposit and when  I called her attention on it she got really mad and told me I was wrong.  There is nothing in the paperwork that says the credit fee of $75 is non refundable.  I want attests $50 back.
