I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved since you posted the refund back to my credit card. You state in your reply you don't show that I reported my concerns direct to Trendlee. Attached is correspondence showing that I did report the smoke smell when I called for a return shipping label. In addition, I received a response back from Trendlee via email acknowledging my report after I called into customer service. I am attaching the document so that you can work to improve customer service. Thank you
