Review: On August the 8th, 2013 this company and owner [redacted] came to my house to see why my 2 year old Air Conditioner was no longer working. He checked out and looked at the whole unit inside and outside. He then told me that the coils had a leak in them and that the unit should still be under factory warranty.He collected $75 from me and said he would let me know when the coil was in. 2 1/2 weeks later I called [redacted] and he said he had not heard from Lennox. He said he would call them and see what was going on. I called him back 3 days later to see what the issue was and he said that they told him he could not call it in he had to do all the paper work on line. The I called him back a few days later and he said he just got the part in and would be out on the 22nd to fix my unit. He showed up exactly 3 weeks to the first date to replace the coils. He then tried to collect more money from me but I had just hung up from my home warranty company and they told me I had a 7 star plan and did not owe anymore money and that they had called [redacted] and told him that. Well he was here for about 2 hours or less and said he replaced everything and that there is a break in period and he might have to come out and do some adjustments just to give him a call. Well 3 day's later I called him again and told him the AC was not working again. He came out that evening and said everything should be fine now. Then our AC stopped working again it was not blowing any cool air. I then called my home warranty company and H&C and left a message with [redacted] again(he has never called back). The home warranty company sent a new company today Sept.3. 2013. They did a thorough check on the unit and said that the coils need replaced due to a leak. I told them that they were replaced recently and he said ma'am I can show you that they have NOT been replaced and that there were wires disconnected. He recommended to not turn the unit on cause it would cause more damage. We have photos to prove I was taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $75. License revoked and a bad mark given to this company so they cannot take advantage of a women that is a widow.They should not be able to have a business licenses to rip off others. Who knows how many people they had done this to?
