In regards to the complaint referened above, I would like to state that I haverecorded 2 phone calls on my call history, 3/23/16 and 3/25/16. I returned thephone call left on 3/25/16 and left a message because I do have it marked with acheck mark (indicating I returned...

the call) I do not remember my exact message,or if I spoke to her. I show that I have her number written prior to the 3/25/16that she called, no check mark is placed there, indicating to me that that phonemessage was not returned. I do not have her number written anywhere else, onlytwo times. If she called and hung up without leaving a message, I would not knowthat. I am answering phones every day, and if it goes to voice mail a phone call isreturned either that day or the next day. She stated she called daily for one week,and that we don't ever pick up the phone, that is not true. Friday's is the day thatI would not answer but phone calls are returned on Monday.
She stated that I have moved to Evergreen Way someplace. I don't have anyaddresses associated with Evergreen Way. I have a PO Box in Everett, WA. I useto have a PO Box in Mill Creek, WA. I work from my home Monday thru Thursdayand work at two offices on Friday's, so I do not have a public place for customersto come to.
I work in Dr [redacted]'s office every Friday and it was my plan to take this message3/25/16 that was left on my voice mail to Dr [redacted]'s office and have them send arefund, which was today. But upon receiving this notification I did not have thatchance to do so.
You will find attached to this letter a copy of the check I am sending to [redacted]from Dr [redacted]'s office. I called and left [redacted] a message that a check would be mailed to her. This check will be placed in the mail tomorrow, April 2, 2016,addressed to the address on the letter from Revdex.com.
I am sorry that [redacted] is dissatisfied with the response that was not given to her.would appreciate that this would not go on our record, and that the resolve issatisfactory.

In april of this yr 2014 I ment [redacted] and she agreed to take on one of my accounts for medical billing . I started sending her the information needed to bill those accounts starting in the 1st of May ,2014. to date all I got is excuses and nothing happening on her part at H&H Medical Billing. Its now July 7th of 2014 and it seems she still hasn't done a thing, is this really a billing business, it's made my accounts for my Regence customers a disaster.

I am a patient of a doctor that has contracted her billing to H&H Medical Billing. This week, Jan 19, I received a bill 7-months after the procedure was done (June 2014). I called the doctors office to find out what is going on. They referred me to H&H. [redacted] from H&H has not returned my call and I have left several messages for her to call me. All I have is a question as to why I am being billed 7-months after the fact and why for so much. No response from this place. Awful service and can't believe my doctor pays this place to do their billing. Terrible.
