Review: They have overcharged our company on invoices since we began doing business with them in 2007. For example, a product that would typically costs $80.00 they charged $800.00. The issue was not discovered until several of their employees/contractors created 'fake' companies and invoices and billed our company THOUSANDS of dollars. Unfortunately, we did not have a good checks & balance system and this was not caught until a criminal investigator called and allerted us. Once we discovered what was going on, we did not pay the last invoice sent to us in the amount of $1780.00. When they called and we told them we believed there was a mistake in the amount they corrected it to $456.00. Just an example of how much they were overcharging. We asked that they go over several other invoices that we believed to be incorrect that we had already paid. Of course they said they would but have not done so. They do, however, continue to call and harass us over the $456.00 that we have not paid. They have allowed their contractors (employees) access to our companies information which has allowed them to send us invoices for items we did not order. After this was brought to their attention and supposedly taken care of, we have just recently recieved another invoices from a 'fake' company.Desired Settlement: Would be great if they would review our invoices and offer some kind of compensation for the amount they overcharged. Would also like for our information to be removed from their system so no one else can try to scam us. And for them to NEVER CALL US AGAIN!!!!!
