H & M Military Supplies

Review: I am in the United States Marine Corps and I needed some uniform tailoring and cleaning service. I turned in my service dress blues and dress alphas coat to get tailored, cleaned, and pressed to H&M military supplies. On my dress blues coat I needed my service strips changed from two to three strips in the sleeves, the chevrons changed from staff sergeant to gunnery sergeant on my dress alphas, and service strips changed from two to three strips. I gave the person working behind the counter all my information, including my phone number and last four of my social security number, and was given a pick up ticket for my items dropped off. I brought my own chevrons and service strips for both uniforms, I paid cash for the services as described, as I was leaving I was told the service stripes I brought would not work so I paid with my debit card for a overcharged set of dress blue service strips on October 3, 2013. I was told I would be able to pick up my uniforms on October 10, 2013, I returned to the store in October 14, 2013 to pick up both uniforms. When I was asked if I had my ticket, I replied saying I had lost my ticket somewhere in my house so they asked me for my I.D. I gave them my military I.D., and I waited about five minutes in the tailoring shop while they were looking for my uniforms. I was then told they can not be found, so who I think was the owner came back to assist me taking my I.D. and right off she had a big attitude talking to me like I was dumb. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected the way she was talking to me. She asked when I dropped my uniforms off I told her about a week and a half, she went back to take a look and then returned to look in the books. She said I had never dropped anything off there to get done. She then told me to "find the ticket", and I said it was lost and I cant find something when I didn't know where it was at to begin with. She talked very angrily with me, I was upset and trying to keep my cool so I asked her 'how am I going to [redacted] find something that's gone?' She then raised her voice higher and said "don't use those words in here" I know I said that word due to the fact that I was upset and it slipped, and not only had I just lost 600 dollars in uniform items but I also felt so belittle and embarrassed that I was talked to like that after serving twelve years and four combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan.Desired Settlement: I also want a refund for the emotional distress and a apology for their lack of professionalism from the owner.
