On 4/24/*** *** signed a completion installation agreementHe then later contacted regarding to what he called an aesthetic issueThe contractor was notified and a representative
was sent out to inspect the fence, Rep did acknowledge the aesthetic issueI myself called *** *** and we set an appointment date for his repair*** *** contacted my office a day prior to his repair appointment to cancel due to a Personal Emergency and said that he was unsure to when he would be available again for repair*** later contacted our office again ready for repair, advised to him that we are in season, meaning we are very booked but will do repair as soon as season is overWe would be more than happy to do repair service after season is over which is after labor day thank you

The contract specifically addresses this that we cannot be responsible for any soil erosion as the result of installation of a new fenceThe customer is responsible for any ground cover to avoid erosion.Respectfully,H&H

There was a mud board in place that was destroyed during...

the installation. The proposal dated 8/5/17 from Home Depot states “mud board 2x6 - cut to install post”. Does not indicate mud board would be destroyed or removed during installation. If the mud board was cut, per the proposal, there would be no issue with soil erosion.Asking for copy of signed agreement indicating mud board would be destroyed instead of cut per the original proposal. Requesting signed copy of the contract as well.
