Review: This has been an on going problem. I sent my car to this shop for repairs after diagnostic which they, H Auto said they can correct problem with car I purchased parts needed as they requested car was in shop for over 6 months. Due to shop H Auto Tech upon receiving my car, car broke down a day or two later returned car to shop. Tech advised to replace same parts as before was charged again for same work, picked car up and later car broked down again had car towed back after a few days. Tech advised to change same parts again plus injectors, plus steering rack and AC compressor. Paid for that after car was picked up broke down again. Tech and owner refuse to warrant work car still not operating. Had car towed home.Desired Settlement: To warrant labor on car its been 11 months this month since H Auto had my car it is still not running and no recourse have been done by H Auto. I've talked with both owner and tech problem not resolved. Need car fixed and running.

about 11 month true. Customer Cadillac came in with a wiring harness that he replaced him self and messed up the connectors. fixed. comes back with a bad distributor and brings a re-manufactured installed comes back with another one we reinstall. leaves. bad. comesback again. we tell them that he should use our inhouse parts that guaranteed to work. So everytime the cadillac was he Customer finds out what needs to be replaced goes home works on his own car messes it up and brings it back and back with his bad parts or parts that he installs WRONG!! WE had no charged him on labor on alot of these times. we have work orders to prove that. as far as a/c compressor replacement that was at customers request he had requested for that. we dont try to sell him on ANYTHING.. He buys his own parts who knows where that are JUNK installs them him self. messes up brings it back with his used remanufactured parts time and time AGAIN!! we have to fix his mess ups. HE KNOWS THIS. on top So Finally when we purchased after talking to him INHOUSE parts we got the running and out the shop this week.

H-Auto contacted me to bring another distributor module in which this is the 4th one. I brought the module in on the 20th of July. H Auto contacted me August 1, 2013 saying none of my interior dash lights is now not working on the information panel and that their working on car. I received a call on the 8th of August saying car was ready for pick up. Upon getting car, check engine light was on. They told me take car nothing more they could do...
