I am writing about the notice left at your hotel on the 29th of July when I checked out. It was notifying

you about how I felt about your hotel.

First of all I checked in on 27 July Saturday and was put in room [redacted]. When I walked into that room I

could not believe you were asking $141.00 (I got for $99.00 because I was with [redacted] church) the

room was no bigger that my closet at home, had no chair and no ice bucket and the mirror over the

face bowl was dirty on the left side.

So first order was to chase down the person cleaning the room and get an ice bucket, then the room

was cold and I could not get the air conditioner to shut off or change the temperature. Had to call the

front desk and they sent the maintenance person to show me how as the control was on the wall. I

thought it was on the unit itself as the control in my sisters room was on the unit.

Then that night I went out to eat and when I got back the rack that you hang your clothes on had fallen

off the wall and was laying on top of my clothes also the iron that was on the rack was on the floor. By

the way I had three articles of clothing on that rack (how heavy could that be?). I called the desk again

and they sent the guy up to fix it. I told him he did not have to fix it on my account as I was not staying in

that room.

I went to the front desk and told [redacted] what happen and the maintenance guy verified it and I said I

wanted another room. Some lady came out of the office in passing and said to [redacted] there is on other

room and we will have to fix the rack. I said oh no there is another room for me as I will not go back to

[redacted]. So[redacted] said ok I have another room and it is an upgrade on the 9th floor.

Well [redacted] were identical to [redacted] except for the microwave and refrigerator. And at least it did have a

bench but still no bigger than my closet. When I took a shower on Sunday morning I looked up at the

vent over the tub and the dust on it was so thick you could have cut it with a knife.

I would like to know what you intend to do about my stay. I sure am not asking for a free night at your

hotel but some compensation for my $225.00 I paid for that room. Also the service in the restaurant on

Sunday evening about 8 PM for the 13 people in my party was terrible.
