Review: Ordered merchandise on 2/26/14. After two weeks, I called indicating I had not received the merchandise. They indicated they do not ship to Michigan; however, my credit card was charged. They indicated refunds are processed within one week. I called again today 3/18/14, they indicated refunds are processed within one week and I should file a claim with my bank.
