We can not find in the office files ongoing or finished contract as described in complain. We need copy of check payment and contract to assume that the contract was paid in full and see which crew performed work. Without those info the job is considered not started or not paid so any warranty...
or repair can not be fulfilled. We have to take in consideration of job to be performed by our employees without the knowledge of the office. The complaining party can send the copy through you so you will gain the knowledge about complainer fulfilling his duties as payer.
