Dear Ms [redacted] Below is a response to the notice received from the Revdex.com: February 13th landed on a Friday and we were offering a tattoo special on that day.The only tattoos available were the ones on the tattoo board coinciding with the Friday 13th special.This is something that most, if not all, in the tattoo community participate in.I am stating this because I feel that the event described in the customer's statement did not occur and this is a bogus complaintThe first statement in the consumer's complaint is:"I went in with a friend on Feb 13thWe did not have an appointmentA man named [redacted] told us to come back in for a tattoo in about minutes..." On Friday the 13th, we did not take appointmentsA line forms for the special deals being offered, anyone interested in the offer fills out a release form and waits their turn.We also do not have a staff member named ***.I am certain, as is policy and also because the consumer is stating a date that has very specific procedures; their statement is false.On the day in question, no appointments were taken and we have no record of a [redacted] filling out a release form in anticipation for a tattoo.There was no interaction with this person.There was no money exchanged.There was no talk of when to come back or a cancellation feeWe will not refund any amount as this is a fraudulent claimPlease let me know if any further action is requiredThank you,***

Review: I went in with a friend on feb 13th.we did not have an appt.a man named [redacted] told us to come back in for a tattoo in about20 min.

We had paid him in advance 190 dollars.

We left and came back ,he said wait another 10 min.we went to get food and came back.

He then said he had to go pay his cell bill it would be about half hour.

In about 20 min I said we could no longer wait can we come another day.he said yes come tomorrow feb 14th at 7 pm.I said ok.

We texted the next day and suddenly he said he was double booked can we come another day.I said I cant I live far and just to give me my cash back.

he said he would have to keep 50 for a cancellation fee.but I am not the one that cancelled.I got upset and he said that would be another 10 to come get my 130 before "he changed his mind"

There is no written cancellation policy when I asked for it.they gave me 130 back and kept 60 because he double booked without informing me..this wqs wrong so I am reporting this business.Desired Settlement: I would like my 60 dollars back because there was nothing in writing about a cancellation fee.we didnt even cancel we came back on feb 14th and he cancelled us.
