Review: I have asked this company repeatedly to stop emailing me about their products and services. They now send out a meeting invitation through Outlook to attend their webinars. I have emailed and spoken to their sales associate [redacted] 1-[redacted] on numerous occasions and asked to be removed from their marketing list. I asked to be deleted last week again from their list and received another email from them yesterday. Re: Complaint from[redacted], Revdex.com Case #[redacted]- HCSS on Advertising Issues:

We received a copy of the complaint filed by [redacted] on March 1, 2013 and immediately launched an investigation to fmd out why he is receiving emails from our company after requesting we stop. Here are the results of our investigation:

• Per [redacted]'s request, he was removed from our email marketing database in 2012.

• Outside of our marketing department, we have a sales administrator that schedules weekly webinars for interested prospects, and he made errors sending a webinar invitation to [redacted] by mistake due to a technical issue with our auto-populate feature in the To: box of our Outlook email system. Even after the sales admin deleted [redacted]'s name from the auto-populate dropdown box in Outlook, our Outlook synchronized with our Gmail email system, and [redacted]'s name was inadvertently added back in during synchronization.

Action steps we are taking:

• We have permanently deleted [redacted]'s email address from both email systems and the auto-populate features.

• We confirmed again that [redacted] is flagged as "Do Not Email" in our customer database.

• We have implemented a new system where any contact flagged as "Do Not Email" is filtered out of our reports in our customer database so someone in sales doesn't inadvertently send them a personalized email outside of marketing.

• Out IT department is investigating the auto-populate feature in Outlook and Gmail to see if there are technical issues or improvements we can make to this system.
