Dear Revdex.com:We have known [redacted] for many years since he was an employee of H & F Tire Service. We truly regret that he is unhappy with his tire purchase. He was very specific when he ordered these tires in December. A certain date, a certain Casing-Michelin, and a Certain tread were required....

Our Salesman, Kurt, ordered the tires in December and we held them until May when he finally came to have them installed.We also regret that [redacted] did not contact us before purchasing other tires. Without looking at them, Our tire techs cannot determine the cause of the shaking in the tire. He could have taken the truck to any Michelin Retread facility for warranty help.[redacted] requested a full refund but without returning the tires, that is not possible. [redacted] Sold truck tires for many years and knows that is not how it works! We would have no recourse with the tire manufacturer to recover our money.
