Sent: Friday, October 02, 6:PM Subject: Re: Revdex.com Complaint Id # [redacted] We had only one customer who stole money from our cash register and was arrested by the [redacted] ***this yearAssuming this complaint was filed by the same person, the facts are as follows She assaulted our employee, pushing them out of the way to get behind our service counter and into our cash register to steal moneyThe District Attorney of [redacted] charged her with assault by contact She did not follow our safety guidelines She went out of the prescribed safe boating zone that was explained to her before her rental and shown on a marine nautical chartShe overturned the ski by her driving error, ingesting water into the engineFurthermore she did not flip the ski back upright in time to prevent serious damage to the engine After the passengers were determined to be safe, the ski was rescued by our crew towing it back halfway underwater to our dockShe provided her Credit Card and signed a statement on the rental contract that she could be charged in the event there was any loss or damage to the skiThe equipment was in good operating condition when she began her rentalNeed additional information? We are working with the independent booking agent to get a refund to this customer

Rental deposits are refundable by our company if the customer provides hours advance of cancellationWith less notice, the boat sits idleThen, a deposit is credited to the customer for a future rental the same season

With all due respect, the customer walked out and cancelled the rental while
we were equipping his vesselThe boat, safety gear, fuel, electronics and ski tube were ready to goThe tow line was being retrieved from our company truck when the customer walked out, unwilling to wait for us to provide this ancillary equipmentThe vessel then sat idle during his rental reservation period
