In my opinion/experience this was the worst decision I've ever made going with this home builderBefore selecting any home builder I would strongly suggest checking reviews/complaints, speaking with HOAs and people in neighborhoods they have built in, and spending the money on the front end to hire an investigator to find out any other names they may have done business under and any actions taken against them and for whatUnfortunately too often details can not be shared due to confidentiality settlement agreements which would greatly benefit future consumers
