I was looking for a used car, and decide to pass by HGreg, cause I heard they had really good price in cars and great deals
When I arrive, a sales person came out right away, really helpful and help me to find a car with the price that I wanted to pay
After all research I found the car that I like and it was on the price range that I was looking, then he ask me to drive the car before go to the finance office, and I said no, cause I wanted to check what offer I would get, and how much will be my monthly payments
He left, then the manager came back, asking me in a rude tone that I have to drive the car before go to finance office, cause they are a used car dealer, "Really"
And I really wasn't in a mood to get up and leave, cause I just need a car, and I don't like to go to dealers in a day
This is not my first Used or New car that I buy, so no am not just leaving a bad review cause I want to, is cause the way that they treat you there specially the manager, that he was so rude that didn't introduce himself cause otherwise I would put his name here
Then after finishing driving the car, I tell the sales person, there is a tire with low air
He said, ok when I take to wash I tell them to check
Then When I get home, I check the car again, and the tires were still low on Air, the gas was empty and inside were like grease stains on the drivers door
So I think the wash was only by the outside, they never check the tires and the first full gas tank free, that I use to get when I buy new or used car on every dealer that I been, that doesn't happen there
This review is my own experience, and also this my first review on a dealer
And no, I wont go back to HGreg again

Whatever you do, don't buy a vehicle from this place You may find a great deal, but I beg you, turn around and leave before it's too late I am speaking from experience As I write this review almost two full months after purchase, I am still waiting on my license plate Being an out of state customer, unfortunately I am at this place's mercy and the "company" that is supposed to be sending me my license plate They have the worst customer service and people in customer service On at least occasions, different people haven't returned calls or done what they said they were going to do to get me my permanent plate, from the front desk lady *** if that is her real name) to *** the finance guy to *** who is in the title area (who's voicemail still states her name is ***) You can't even get your voicemail box right, really? At this point, I am even considering lawsuit I have wasted so much time calling them back month after month with no resolution or even an idea of a resolution If I am scaring you, good! I promise, you WILL thank me later Writing this review on the Revdex.com Business Review, I am also finding out that this company isn't even Revdex.com accreditedGREAT!!!

I was taken care of very well by the boys at Hgreg! Not only was it a pressure-free buying experience, it was fun and the staff gave me their personal cellphone numbers if any question should arise after my purchase. And when I sent a panicked email about a small dent I found when I got home, the matter was taken care of swiftly and professionally. I got the car fixed at no cost to me! Would definitely reccomend buying from them to anyone! I know I'll get my next pre-owned vehicle with them again! Thanks HGreg!

Pure lies, 140 test.. yeah right, car with not even washer fluid, they replaced the oil but not the oil filter, neither the air filter nor the cabin air filter. The tires need replacement and even though I went 4 times it was excuse after excuse and too much bla bla bla but they did not resolve the issues with the car, ahh I had to get front brakes fixed as well... They only care about getting your money and after they sell you the car, you are on your own. Stay away, pay more at a serious and professional dealer that genuine certified their cars.

[redacted] was very nice to my wife and daughter and I. They didn't feel preassured at all. I was a nervous wreck, but I always am anyway. I only buy a car every 14 years.

OMG! Please read carefully before you enter this place! WARNING!

I am a person that buys cars often, for personal use and for business and never in my entire life had such a nightmare!!!

First of all as soon as I got there, the "export manager" starts playing games and gives me the usual "I am in charge here attitude" and whatever you say does not matter, if you want the car, pay and go! basically

Even with the poor customer service and attitude I decided to buy the car, not to mention besides their $899 regular dealer fees, a hidden $200 internet fee? Never heard of this new invention..

After I settled for price and fees, they made me wait 3 hrs and after made me sign countless papers and after 100 signatures, finally I left without the car, my CASHIERS CHECK "had to clear". I thought it was the same as cash up to this point

Next day I went to pick up the car and to my surprise, they said, "sorry, there has been a problem and we already sold the SUV to another customer!!" Unbelievable..or not, I requested my CASHIERS CHECK back and guess what, they already deposited in their account!! At this point my nightmare just started!

They made me wait for hours that became days before a straight answer, and then instead of refunding me the money asked me to put a STOP PAYMENT on cashiers check. I tried, at this point, anything to recover my money. The bank advised that would take up to 3 months for the money to clear back into my account...

Well, now I was completely at their mercy..I had to wait for over a week and countless visits and hours over the phone in order to get my money back, for a car they sold twice...

If after this you want to still shop there, I just want to say..GOOD LUCK because you will need it..

We change our cars every 6-12 months. There is extensive competition in South Florida.

This is a franchise sized dealership with very poor lot organization. There is basically no parking. The inventory arrangement is too close together, you cannot walk between vehicles. This allows customers to sneak around and open doors, slamming into other cars and causing dents. Most vehicles have door dents.

The online advertised inventory is not updated correctly, advertised vehicles are not all available. I personally visited this dealership with 4 vehicles in mind. Only one of them was still available.

Sales person was [redacted] he was very professional and welcoming. We give him 5 starts. He was very prompt and informative. Went out of his way several times to accommodate us.

We got a good deal on a used car based on its year, mileage, options, and current condition. Though there is no reconditioning done, the car is full of door dings, scratches, paint chips, tires are bald all around, oil is pitch black and watery, thumbs down for that. A clean CARFAX report was provided, though this SUV had been involved in a front end collision and this was not disclosed.

You will pay a $899 dealer fee, this is understandable when the sales pricing is competitive and the overhead is obviously quite high. This fee is substandard in comparison to other dealers.

Our finance guy had an attitude, "sign my papers or go somewhere else..." not transparent at all. Most finance managers are the same, but they are usually nice to you and know exactly "how to speak to a customer." Just because you're from New York, you don't have the right to be an a**hole. You can take my money nicely and it will make for an overall better experience.

Great experience buying my BMW 550i with them. Everything went smooth as can be great personal in with HGreg. Com. Definitely will recommend this dealership to others.

I purchased a 2011 Mercedes E350 convertibe at HGREG.COM. I saved $6500 from the pricing that I found elsewhere. It to be was a refreshing change from what you normally expect from a used car dealer. No haggling was great and financing was easy!

The vehicle was as advertised and the staff was friendly & professional. I would recommend HGreg and shop there again.

I purchased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse at HGreg and my experience was awesome. I was helped by Antonio Insignares and I never felt pressured to buy, had all of my questions answered.

Additionally, I would recommend to my friends to also shop at HGreg in Doral.
