I took my car to this shop after being wrecked to be fixed and needless to say he told me my car would be fixed within a week and a half he had my car a total of 4 weeks got it back and still had problems with it so he took it back again and had it for another week was already paid for the job from the insurance company and myself after getting the car back the second time it still wasn't steering correctly so I stop his payment until he fixed it for the 3rd time and it was done I was going to pay him the rest of the payment after him telling me he never told me that he said he could fix my car within a week and a half an he didn't know how I got that in my head and that he did fix it and his guy drove it, it was fine except when he stopped and went to turn it was really hard to turn this was on a Friday after noon and to call next week he would look at it so I calle the next week he then told me I was childish and selfish for canceling his payment and I should have still paid him even though my car wasn't working correctly. Also said he was done with me and he won't fix the problem after he said he would. Please tell me how that is right? As a business owner you should value your customers more then that some people have to take care of what they have because these days people don't have money to throw away. I ha a horrible time with him and horrible experience and I will neve deal with him again.
