First off when we purchased the vehicle from H&H Autos they were located off 620 in Round Rock. We were never given any notice(written or verbal) of the location moving to Taylor, Texas which is not convenient for us. After having the vehicle for 1 day, we realized the vehicle had many issues on it. It was leaking steering fluid and the gas gauge was broken. The owner did have his mechanic to look at the vehicle. It was left in their hands for 4 days. Nothing was fixed! The mechanic told us he had to order a part and when it came in... we would get a call to schedule a repair appointment. 5 months later... no call.

The reason for this report was because of the recent incident that happened two months ago. I had called and spoke to the worker who answers the repairs call and made a payment arrangement to make our car payment 3 weeks later. She apparently got apporoval from Michael and said it would be okay but there would be late fees. 2 weeks and 6 days go by and we are at a surgery center/hospital with my son. We get checked in and two hours later, go to the vehicle to get out hospital bag. The vehicle was missing. After asking the parking garage attendent if they have towed a car away from a handicap parking spot and he replied no. We immediately called the dealership to get the licence plate number to report it to the police. Tara answered who only worked there two days wanted to confirm with Michael that the vehicle hadnt been picked up because she saw that we had "no insurance on the vehicle which was a breach of the contract". Well sure enough he picked up the vehicle from the hospital. I then asked her why werent we ever contacted by them to ask about this, because the car was insured and has been since we drove it off the lot. She than apologized and said it was her only second day. I told her to tell Michael the insurance was in the glove dept of the vehicle. He could verify it right now and return the vehicle. He requested we bring a copy of the insurance to the taylor location, with a $395 repossession fee along with the payment for the current month and for the following month (that wasnt even due). It was ridiculous! They never told us about gps being in the vehicle at the time of signing. Once we paid the monthly fees, I made an payment agreement over the phone and in person with Michael to spit it in two ( $196). When it came to make the last payment of $196 they were attempting to take $256 out for the agreed payment plus a late fee for the repossession fee not being paid all at once. He never mentioned a late fee would be added for the repo fee.... I refused to pay it. He said he would waive most of it and we would only have to pay a $10 late fee. How does he have the right to add and make up fees?

I've had numerous complaints sent to him about all the above plus more. His staff make it difficult to speak to him about the issues. It's got to the point where I can't reach him... that I have to reach him on his personal facebook account, and I still don't get a response.
