Purchased a countertop from [redacted] who hired H&H as the supplier and the experience has been a complete nightmare. First off they were weeks late on one install and then when they did come out 3 out of 5 pieces were made wrong. The two young installers were great and reworked 2 of the pieces although one of those pieces should have been remade verses reworked on site. The third piece was too short.. Not sure why as the guy who measured used a laser to measure, etc.. Well the install date was December 20th an today is January 9th and still don't have my countertop installed. Was told it was too cold to install today. And they can get to it next Thursday. So lets see.. H&H screws it up and now I wait until they have a time good for them? WOW great customer service. As well I had asked for the owner to call me and was promised that would happen yet at 8 pm on Friday night it has not. Guess the owner is to busy being on [redacted] channel tonight. I would not recommend anyone using this company in the future with the service they are offering. I have had a couple countertops put in before in another state from another company and no issues but I am still living with this nightmare currently and no end in sight. Maybe I just need to find a reputable company who puts the customer first. Wish anyone the best who utilizes these guys as I will not again and will be sure to tell my friends, work associates and family about the poor experience as no one should have to put up with this.
