Review: I was paid ahead on my service for 3 months, I unexpectly moved at the end of March, at which time I called to cancel my service. A few days later, they cashed my check and collected more money. I have tried to call them for a month, leaving numerous messages and was never returned payment. I finally got a hold of them today (5/6) and they told me they do not do refunds. They collected 3 months of payment for a service I never received.Desired Settlement: I want my $46 back

At that time she never mentioned a refund. Harbaugh trucking’s owner also has another business called H & H Disposal which is where we found Ms. [redacted]s account. Harbaugh Trucking’s Secretary/office manager was out of the office April 3 through April 22, 2016. Between that time period the answer machine stated the office was closed and phones calls will be returned as soon as possible. Ms. [redacted] did call between those dates requesting a refund. Not having full access to the records at that time it was unknown what she was requesting the refund for. On May 6, 2016 the office manager did speak to Ms. [redacted] and tried to explain that the company policy is no refunds. Outraged, Ms. [redacted] did not except this. Harbaugh office tried to explain that in the rules it states there are no refunds on advanced payments. (see attached) the [redacted] account was active in 2015 and payments were always made. Never indicating that they did not receive a payment book, which is where the rules are in. Ms [redacted] stated she never got a book but didn’t call because she assumed that the way Harbaugh trucking’s trucks look that she figured we were too broke to send bills out so she made payments on her own. After her statement of our trucks looking like “[redacted]” and assuming we were too broke to send bills out it was left that she would call the attorney general’s office and such. Harbaugh Trucking cannot know who received their bill unless the office is notified. Books are yearly sent out at the end of each year for every customer in the system. And her account was paid so no indication she never received hers, and no phone calls requesting a bill either. Sincerely Harbaugh Trucking
