I am rejecting this response because:
The business was asked by...

me to check all fluids so they either didn't do what I paid them for or they checked the radiator fluid and left the cap off causing the radiator to lose all of its fluid overheat and blow head gausket.  The only other explanation is that I took the radiator cap and plug out myself and intentionally blew the head gausket which is incomprehensible.  I was told that the radiator fluid was checked because I specifically asked because I noticed it wasn't on the bill.
