Review: An employee by the name [redacted] didn't provide proper services that was agreed upon him and myself. I needed floor work and bathroom work that had to be grouted, and to put up blinds. [redacted] demanded to be paid upfront before any work to be started. He over charged me for traffic master floors, which were 17 dollars per box, he charged me 4,000.00 and 1,000.00 for labor I have 47 boxes total that's only 799 dollars, he didn't grout the bathroom but he raised the bathroom floor up 2 inches where I can trip and fall. [redacted] also overcharged me for blinds too. The blinds were half the price he charged me. [redacted] didn't provide me with proper receipts for the materials. I have witnesses that could back up my testimony even an officer that [redacted] didn't provide proper service to me. If you need more info from my witnesses they will gladly provide it for you. I would like to get this matter resolved quickly as possible, and I thank you for reading and addressing my complaint.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to be terminated for taking advantage of an elderly person. H and H Hardware store should be liable for employing a dishonest person in my opinion and I am requesting for my money back.
