canceled however because the other dues were for state and National level we are not able to refund the moneySince all of this she has disputed the charge and it appears she was refunded the money by her credit card companyThank you

According to my credit card, I have to wait 60 days before the transfer back to me is permanent -- that is about the end of April.(1) Does the Revdex.com want to document or make a record of the illegal business process this business is doing to consumers? In the state of CA, t is illegal to auto charge a [redacted] without prior notification to the consumer. I was never notified; nor does this business have a process in place to notify any of their consumers. Its illegal and unfair business practice.(2) Please keep the claim open until we can confirm thru my credit card company that the $449 credit back to me is permanent, approximate date is end of April. They will notify me in writing. OR, the business needs to provide a statement to me that they are refunding the money and not protesting the dispute I filed.Please advise me on (1) and (2) above.Thanks, [redacted]

When a Realtor® is found to have been in violation, that Realtor® is subject to discipline ranging from a letter of warning, payment of a fine or even suspension or revocation of membership.As it relates to this complaint, the proper remedy is for the consumer to file a complaint against the particular Realtors® cited for their alleged violation of the code of Ethics with SDAR. Having seen many similar complaints, I can tell you that the vast majority of Realtors® would agree with the complainant's frustration and would encourage that an ethics complaint be filed against theoffending parties.I have provided the complainant with the instructions and materials necessary to file a complaint[s]. Additionally, I forwarded the complainant's concerns to the rules and regulations Committee of Sandicor, the MLS, so they may consider consumer privacy concerns going forward.
